We also offer a service whereby we can attend your property on an annual (or timeframe to suit) basis to assess the roof, this is so beneficial if you know that the roof, rendering or pointing may be coming to the end of its life but aren't quite ready to replace the lot just yet. We can advise on steps that can be taken to minimise the risk of any issues occurring and can also quote for any repair works that may extend the life of the existing in place, so that when the bad weather hits you may have one less surprise.
